Newly arrived in the desert in 2011, at a time when the metro and the Burj Khalifa had only just been inaugurated, I discovered a city that was still sparsely populated and in the midst of construction. I watched it evolve, grow, and transform, just like its economy. More and more expatriates were flocking in, while new neighborhoods came to life, gradually shaping the face of Dubai as we know it today: City Walk, Business Bay, JVC, La Mer, Dubai Creek Harbour, Hartland...
Coming from the service industry, I naturally turned to real estate. For the past six years, I have been assisting my clients with their sales, acquisitions, and the management of their properties.
In collaboration with Justine, we also advise them on more strategic aspects, such as transferring their properties to legal structures better suited to their needs.
